Plugs into the tools you already use

Jalapeño connects to your calendar, your meeting platform, your project tool, and your chat. Action items extracted from a meeting end up exactly where your team already works.

Messaging

Slack

Meeting notifications, consolidated overdue nudges, and a daily summary digest, posted to the channel you choose.

Calendar

Google Calendar

Calendar sync with auto-join. Jalapeño finds the Zoom, Meet, and Teams links on your events and dispatches the notetaker.

Calendar

Microsoft Outlook

The same auto-join for Outlook calendars, plus optional event creation for meetings scheduled in Jalapeño.

Meeting platform

Zoom

Create Zoom meetings from Jalapeño and record calls with the notetaker bot. Speaker-labeled transcripts after every call.

Meeting platform

Microsoft Teams

Create Teams meeting links and record calls with the bot. Transcripts and action items land in your workspace.

Bidirectional

Jira

Confirmed action items become Jira issues. Status changes propagate in both directions via webhooks.

Bidirectional

Linear

Confirmed action items become Linear issues with assignee, due date, and priority. Status syncs both ways.

Project management

Asana

Push confirmed action items to Asana projects and mark them complete from Jalapeño. One-way sync.

Two-way sync, not one-way export

When you change the status of an action item in Jalapeño, it updates in Linear or Jira within seconds. When a teammate moves the same issue in your project tool, the provider's webhook pushes that change back just as fast. New issues are created with assignee, due date, and priority attached, and you can pull existing issues in on demand. Asana works as a one-way push: confirmed items create tasks, and completions follow.

That means your team never has to argue about where status lives. Whether someone closes the issue in Linear, Jira, or Jalapeño, both sides agree within seconds.
